White Rose Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Group (BiTEG) conference

This year's BiTEG conference will be held on Monday December 17th 2018 at the University of Sheffield.

Registration

Registration deadline: 1st December 2018. Please note this meeting has a limited capacity and will be first come first served.

Payment and registration should be made using the University of Sheffield online shop link which can be found here.

Programme

The programme will be available to download ahead of the meeting here.

The meeting will be held between 9.30am-4.30pm followed by a drinks reception.

Keynote speakers

This year we are delighted to welcome two keynote speakers:

Professor Christine Le Maitre (Sheffield Hallam University) Intervertebral disc degeneration: Pathogenesis and Repair strategies

Professor Jenny Southgate (University of York) Fit for purpose: bladder tissue engineering with cells and materials.

Location

The meeting will be held at the Sir Robert Hadfield Building, University of Sheffield, Portobello Street, S1 3JD.

The Hadfield is a 20-25 minute walk from the railway station.

Alternatively there is a tram from the station and the nearest tram stop to the Hadfield building is West Street.

Limited paid parking is available at the Q Park Rockingham, 2 Holland St, Sheffield S1 4NL
