Research Impact - Blog Launch

Date

To demonstrate the impact of the EPSRC funded Centre for Doctoral Training in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine and also aligned PhD students at the University of Leeds we have launched a new blog which will showcase the research and development taking place to deliver regenerative therapies and devices which can repair or replace tissues and restore normal tissue function.

Current students across all years (and some of our academics) will be discussing their current research and other activity, sharing what’s going well, if any issues arisen how these are affecting project plans, what personal development interests are being pursued, highlights of a conference attended and new skills gained.

The first four entries are now live and feature Lizzy Young and Roxanne Dyer who are currently in their 3rd year and Amin Kassab – Bach and Piers Wilkinson who are in their 1st year, all the posts are very unique and offer an insight into life as PhD research student and the amazing research activity in the field of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine.

Each month more updates will be posted on the website, you can find the CDT blog at https://regenerative-medicine.leeds.ac.uk/blog/, you can also follow the posts on twitter @CDTTERMiMBE.
